Game crash on some mobiles

Hi there,

I'm experiencing issues with Android builds since I updated Ren'py to 7.4.11 (previously on 7.3.5).
While I can build my game normally, it seems that some users (around 1 out of 100) can't launch the game on their phone.
The game starts but immiediatly crash after the pre-splash screen.

They gave me few informations, except that their mobile was all quite recent, and half of them managed to fix the problem after trying to launch it several times.

On my side, I've tested the build on 2 mobiles and it works fine.
Have any of you experienced a similar problem?
