Hello! I'm looking for a main artist for a new project i've been developing for the past few months. Sprites and CGs for now, UI would be nice as well, but not needed. Some details:

The job is 8 sprites sheets for characters and 8-10 cgs with variations to begin with, paid upfront. After that I'd publish a demo/0.1 version and it'd be more of a regular job. You'd have to tell me if you rather get paid a salary or per individual CG/sprite, but that'd be the general idea. I can also do revenue share. This is a long-term project, I plan to release a demo and then do monthly updates, so we can discuss the details for long term job.

About the novel:
- It's Katawa Shoujo/Grisaia No Kajitsu-like visual novel in terms of love interest, pacing and structure. Dunno if you know either, but in terms of art direction think a normal japanese vn with a grittier, darker tone based on 80s japan. The story is gonna feature seven routes.It's a darker take on the usual moeges. The example I gave, Katawa Shoujo, is a good example of what the final product will play like. It's by all measures, a pretty normal visual novel in terms of structure and routes, but the love insterests all have some kind of physical disability (one is blind, one is mute, one has no legs...) The idea is to make something similar but focused more on the trauma/mental aspects of it. The novel is gonna be a mix of the usual slice of life, happy scenes mixed - with the more realistic parts of actually trying to develop a relationship with someone that is by most measures not okay. Mixture of moege and dramage, if any of those terms mean anything to you.

Most of the common route and endings are already planned out, as well as a general idea of the individual routes. Just need an artist to bring everything together and start coding on ren'py

Two warnings:
- You may have to draw some gorey/darker (not too much, but is there) scenes. Nothing close to guro, gore or ryona, but some light blood and a corpse or two.

- NSFW content. Not a lot, but a couple of scenes here and there, if that's something you're uncomfortable drawing.

My prices for sprites:
- Sprites: Headshot: 27$ Bust: 37$ Half body: 54$ Full body: 75$
- Expressions: 6$ each.
- Pose change: From 16$ to 22$ each depending on the elements that need to be changed (head, arms, hands, feet). Full redraws count as a new sprite.

CG prices:
Headshot: 27$ Bust: 37$ Half body: 54$ Full body: 75$. Extra character in the same drawing has a 25% discount.
Background: from 21$ to 38$

My turnaround time for a sprite is 3-4 days. For a CG, normally a week but can work faster if needed. I also offer a character design service for characters that don't have visual references.
