The Emperor's Fate [GxB][Historical][School Life][Drama]

Xu Hua, a history major at Qingyun University, is one of the top scholars at the institution. While browsing through the books in the library, she stumbled upon an old and inconspicuous book that caught her attention. As she began to read, she found herself experiencing various flashbacks.

“I will pass on this artifact to protect you and your descendants for time immemorial.”

Throughout the story, Xu Hua starts having vivid dreams of the Xu Dynasty, in which she takes on the role of Wu Jinghua, a girl from a declining noble family. To save her from the enemies of her father, Wu Jinghua is sent to the palace as a maid, where she eventually becomes the personal servant of the Emperor's beloved concubine.

As Xu Hua reads about the neglect and incompetence of the Xu Dynasty's Emperor in the present age, she finds herself dreaming of an Emperor who is kind and benevolent. Confused by this revelation, she frequently visits the library with the help of her friend Fan Li Jun, a history enthusiast, to try and make sense of her dreams.

Believing that her experiences are more than just dreams, Xu Hua becomes determined to uncover the truth.

• The game is GxB, but romance will not be the sole focus of the story.

• You will switch between two main characters depending on the era (present or ancient) of each scene.

August 2023

Here is the very first 2023 update on the game:

• Writing has progressed to around 20%. Despite the slow progress, the initial chapters have rough drafts and there is enough content for a demo release . We're still looking for writers.

• The CG for the main menu is completed. This can be seen in the promotional art on our itch.io page for the game! The common route CGs are currently in the coloring stages.

• The demo trailer has been released on YouTube. Please check it out if you have time <3. We hope to release the demo of the game within the year.
