Question - how to build a Renpy Team

Hello all, I am working on a commercial RENPY game and looking for advice on how to find programmers(paid). I have posted on this forum and I will see how that goes. I did search Upwork(usless) and Fivver(Found 1 person). Are there any other strategies' you recommend? Thank you for the advice.

Why don't you look for programmers with Japanese names?
