Files Existing in "Game" folder

I want to ask something, I noticed that after building the distributions... all the files used in the game, including the scripts, images and music aren't saved in a inaccessible file for protection.

There is any way to do this kind of stuff?

Yup. Go to Tools > Archive Files. Pick all the extensions you want archived and confirm. It should pack all into the same file and move your game files to an "archived" folder. If you need to recreate the compressed file, simply delete and copy all the contents of the archived folder back to the game folder and repeat the archiving process.
