The last time it happened was on another post of mine. That time, I had no idea what was going on until PyTom explained what had happened. Accidents do happen. Another friend of mine was a moderator on a message board for a while, and said that mis-clicking the "edit" button instead of the "quote" button was an extremely common "mod-stake".
