Final Fantasy 7
The scene where Aeris dies. The first time I watched it, I swear I felt tears well up. And that never happens to me. I still get all lethargic and sentimental when I hear Aeris' theme. Though to be honest, I don't even like Aeris all that much, I was just really attached to Cloud.
That's probably the one I re-play the most.

Nope can't think of any others...

Holy cow, an interesting thread.

In videogames, it has to be the scene in FF Crisis Core where Sephiroth tells Zack about the days when he, Angeal and Genesis practiced together in the Shinra building simulation room, what a fight... Sephiroth is the coolest character in FF history. I recomend having a look at it in youtube, it doesn't spoil anything from the story.

In Anime, the scene in One Piece where Luffy is imprisoned in Alabasta with the rest of the crew and he makes an imitation of Sanji to kill time. Or at the Baratie, when he drops a snot inside Zoro's glass of water... xD

There are so many clips from Higurashi & Umineko that I adore. One of the most chilling, I think, is where Shion is tearing her nails off. That always makes me cringe :P

I love how DEEN adapted the Virgilia/Beatrice troll at the end of Ep 3 into the anime, where they did huge trollfaces and shouted SIIIGN! I was very amused by that :P

Ohmigod! You blinded me! lol

Well, the most thing i replay wer:
ending of saiunkoku monogatari
I always hated that ending and i even cry out of pity for Ryuuki but then i can't resist but to repeat it again and again.
the whole series of prince of tennis. I dunno why i don't get tired of this anime.

and lastly, ending of buzzer beater for whatever heck reason. ^^

The fight between Archer and berserker at Illiya's house in the anime, and in the vn I re-play the fight between him and caster in UBW at least 15 times a day. :). HAHA I have so much free time it's annoying. In urdu you would call such a guy "waila" pronounced (wae-la). I have no idea why I added that to this post.
The true measure of a man is what he does with his power.

That pic, once I regained consciousness, reminded me of the crossdressing Bleach Blade Battlers 2nd pic you get once you beat the 4th chapter or so. it's exclusive to the game, and the game is only in japanese so it's fairly unknown, I haven't even found a google pic of a decent resolution from the same scene, so I'll show ya quick pic I took with ma mobile:

Back to the Future II : the part where Marty discovers the future version of the Hill Valley town square.

Since I have seen that movie like 300 times, I sometimes watch it again when I can't sleep. So I usually watch that part and then start sleeping while listening to the rest of the movie. :D

Other than I don't really watch specific scenes, it has to be at least a whole episode of something.
