It sorts my thoughts out.
Usually, when I suddenly thought of an idea, it stays there, and I have this weird habit of "dialogue-ing" it. So to avoid that, I really type it or write it out. Avoids tendencies of being called "crazy". XD
And plus, it serves as my "catchbasin" of emotion and experience and thoughts.
