What TV Show fandoms are you in?

Is there some kind of requirement to be *in* a fandom? Or if you're just a fan of a show, are you automatically considered a part of that fandom?
The word fandom has really confused me ever since I first heard it. >.>

^ this. I've been wondering that too, I thought maybe if you are just a fan of it or something, and greatly enjoy a show, but now I'm starting to think, there's more to it.

Anyway, I haven't really super embraced anything, like look up fanart, or read fanfiction, or anything. There are a few shows that I love, follow, and discuss with a few people.

- Once Upon A Time.
- Grimm.
- American Horror Story.
- Downton Abbey.

Also, I want to say Mad Men, but I'm still halway through seas.3. Good show though, really enjoying it. (oh and this doesn't include anime, I'll just stick with live action shows.)

Admitedly, I'm behind on OUAT and AHS but I've kept up with downton, and recently finished the 3rd seas (sadface! T_T Why is this series so short! i want more eps! >_< I hate waiting a year.) and Grimm, which I recently caught up with.

Dexter is one of my all-time favorite TV shows. (Yay for writing that makes me simultaneously root FOR and AGAINST the protagonist. Bravo!)

Followed in no particular order by:

- The Walking Dead (Yay! Zombies!)
- Doctor Who (The genre, setting, and characters can be anything. Yay for random chance!)
- Game of Thrones (Yay for medieval political thrillers, sword fights, and naked people!)
- Buffy and Angel (Yay for Joss Whedon.)
- Firefly (Yay for Joss Whedon. IN SPACE!)
- The first season of Spartacus (Yay for . . . naked people stabbing each other to death? Hmm. Not sure what that says about me that I found that so awesome.)

Other than those, I'd say I always have to watch Mythbusters. (Yay for science with explosions.)

Basically you're in a fandom when the show gives you so much "feels" you can't handle it. (refer to the gif below)

I actually don't really watch many 'normal series', mostly anime XD Also, I live in denmark, where not many of those shows actually air, or if they do, they air on channels not many people own DX However, I've got to say that I LOVE True Blood! Haven't watched the newest season though due to school stuff but oh well.

I've watched some episodes of The Walking Dead and Spartacus, but I enjoyed the latter more, even though it's bloody and bold as heck I remember watching Prison Break too, but I've never finished it in the proper order, but it was AWESOME. Smart protagonist yo

And yes, Adventure Time. Mostly from the internet, but I watch Filipino dubs every Sunday. I liked the Fionna and Cake episodes more than the regular ones, though

And I don't know if it counts, but I fangirl over Avatar TLA and Legend of Korra. XD

I'm very much into Homeland. Good heavens, that series can be depressing at times, but in my opinion, it's the most thrilling series on TV right now.

And of course, I also watch Game of Thrones. You don't get much other good fantasy on TV.

Castle is a bit cheesy but I like Nathan Fillion.
Other then that, just go through Netflix on a regular basis.

QI - Hilarious, and I've learned so much from it.
Moone Boy - Brilliant brilliant comedy, and it's set in my hometown.
Sadly, most of my favourite shows aren't airing any more, but I do my best to never miss the Dad's Army reruns on Saturdays.

OH GOD, YES!! THIS SO MUCH! Legend of Korra!! <3 I am so riddiculously in love with LoK XD

Gotta admit that i've never watched Spartacus, but I've zapped past a channel airing it a few times and hung around, and it seems really cool. I've gotten a thing for bloody shows like True Blood XD

Aaand, if anime also counts I'm so head over heels for Sukitte Ii Na Yo, I've read the manga releases so far, and now I'm watching it on Crunchyroll, and it's seriously AWESOME, it's the highlight of my week! Slice of life series rock

Im currently fan(-ing?) "The Walking Dead". Its like a never ending zombie movie ^_^
I can't get enough of it.

Before that though I was really into this show on CW called "The Secret Circle", but it got cancelled apparently
Another show I was really getting into was "V", I think it was on abc or nbc, one of those... anyways it also got cancelled >:(

I don't want to get into anymore *new fandoms, for fear of series cancellation. The networks drop so many shows lately and its disappointing.
