I want a cat so much, you don't even know. ; A; But I'm in a college dorm and my mom hates/is allergic to them, so I've never had one. I always swore I'd have one someday, it's seriously been a big life goal - but, it turns out my boyfriend dislikes and is allergic to cats too. ; A;

J-chan: my girlfriend in theory is allergic too. We have 11 cats. She never had any problem...

Speaking from the point of view of someone who is allergic to cats, I think some of it can be overcome with acclimation, and a lot of it is dependent on the particular cat in question. I've met some cats who don't give me trouble at all, and other cats who get me sneezy and itchy-eyed within a few seconds.jack_norton wrote:J-chan: my girlfriend in theory is allergic too.
