Kana has some weight to her, deliberatley. There are not enough curvy full-figured women in VN's: if you want me to make her thinner I will. Just I pegged her as The Fun Teacher Who Has Fun, correct me if I'm wrong. Again, I screwed up half her expressions and will rework them.

I get to draw her plastered, which I will thank you for till the end of my days. Thank you so much

No... more than that... I won't touch that first one, I would have to redo it from the ground up. Sorry, I usually try to resist doing this but I'm working with you and I just want to help nudge you in the right direction in your endeavors so that hopefully, one day, you can go solo.

Have you ever done any contour drawing? Just focusing on shapes and the delivery of them? I'm no expert (and it's something I need to do more of myself) but it may help you... you're just not selling me on your poses...

It's similar to figure drawing but less accurate and more swooshy and suggestive, very important in cartooning.

They've got some great results and they're not afraid to experiment with style. Your first figure could probably benefit from a face more like one of these.

Melissa is fine, but could you make her hair a little longer? Just to around mid back.

He's tallish, medium build, dark red hair, hazel eyes, and wears the school uniform all the time. It's a blue blazer with a white shirt underneath with an dark orange tie.
