Re: Share your attitude/characterisitic :)
Wow eh, please keep in mind it's 1 test O_o. It isn't the 'ultimate truth' or anything as errors can always exist. And the feminine/masculine score is just a score for these traits:
Feminine Traits
Submissive
Dependent
Unintelligent and Incapable
Emotional
Receptive
Intuitive
Weak
Timid
Content
Passive
Cooperative
Sensitive
Sex object
Attractive because of physical appearance
Masculine Traits
Dominant
Independent
Intelligent and competent
Rational
Assertive
Analytical
Strong
Brave
Ambitious
Active
Competitive
Insensitive
Sexually aggressive
Attractive because of achievement

It's not necessarily bad if you have more of one than the other, most people have them mixed anyway. And the masculine traits have some really cool ones too :)!
edit: I've seen this list to some extent in my own textbooks before, but I'm not sure whether this one matches up entirely haha. That feminine list is extremely blunt XD don't take it too literally, nor does it mean that is what the ideal woman should be.

PersonalDNA, (with surprising accuracy), has me as a Reserved Creator. Also they really need a 'poser' bar, because technically my avoidance of branded/advertised attire counts as being influenced by advertising.
@Anna - is PersonalDNA actually using *this* list? The INTJ forum thread suggests that that particular list was meant to be an example of mysogynistic attitudes in patriarchal cultures, so unless they're talking bollocks (... I don't really feel like creating an account and posting 'spam' fifteen times just to follow references) it's unlikely that anyone running a personality test would have used that particular list.

Nope, I'm not sure if they're using that exact list. All I know is that I've seen a comparable version of this list in several articles and books which address feminine or masculine characteristics. So let me rephrase it: I think it's likely that your feminine/masculine score is based on some of those traits.@Anna - is PersonalDNA actually using *this* list? The INTJ forum thread suggests that that particular list was meant to be an example of mysogynistic attitudes in patriarchal cultures, so unless they're talking bollocks (... Sorry for the confusion, I just meant it as an example :).
edit: one of the books I think addressed it as well was adolescence and emerging adulthood by Arnett - but sadly I can't find any specific list inside of it. Only the chapter about 'The Self' goes into it a bit. Maybe it was only mentioned in the lecture... mhhh :/. I remember taking a small test during that subject, to see how feminine and masculine you were though, and it definitely used a list like that.
Ah, whatever, the point is most people aren't totally feminine or masculine and it's not bad if you score higher on one than the other either. They're just culturally defined views from who knows when and both have good and bad aspects.

Cautious Idealist
Sounds about right. I was expecting Pessimistic Idealist, but it seems I was wrong.

Hey, mine says I have 0 empathy. 8C On the other hand, my score of Trust In Others is only 2, so that's about right.HigurashiKira wrote:Cautious Idealist

Independent thinker. Apparently also hyper-masculine, authoritarian, and a high sense of agency. Go figure.

Advocating Creator. Yeah, I might like people in general, but I do have trouble when it comes to trust. Interesting how the test phrased all of that...made me think.
