The golden eyes definitely suit Ferkye better! He seems more wolf-like with the golden eyes. Love the sprites!

Also Version has create another sprite he is having some changes to his hair but anyway I wanted to put it up.

Due to other commitments I have progress on this game has been slow and I have thought about it for a while and come to a decision, I am pausing progress on this game. At the moment I estimate that I will have enough time to start working on it again in about a month.

Nice! And you / whoever does your art for you seem(s) to know the right way to draw catpeople (haven't given them human ears along with their cat ones - which is just a strange and stupid thing some people do...and you don't make the hair or eyes the same color as their fur and if they have shown "skin" you don't make the skin the same color as their fur either...wish more people understood that making everything the same color doesn't look good! Especially if you have the hair color the same as the fur color!)

Similar for other "furry" or "half-furry" characters....other people can be so talented but then they mess up their character designs with stupid decisions like the examples above of what I feel should be part of a "what not to do" list when making such characters...

Ah, so you draw but you also have people help you with the art? Once I get back into the swing of things I might do that too.

I've drawn stuff before myself but I'm not a great artist.

I have some "how to draw" anime/manga style books now but I have mostly just enjoyed looking at the art inside over and over. Hahaaha.

Well firstly my artist is Version, and I get what you're saying with the fur thing it would look weird if the hair and animal features are exactly the same color. People who put human and animal ears on characters shouldn't unless one par of ears are just an attachable.

For the art I draw a rough sketch showing what I want the character to look like then send it to my artist and then the real version of the sprite is done up when my artist can.

Hehe I amit I also just look at books like how to draw just for seeing pictures so you're not alone!
