Problem with playing movie_cutscene in renpy-6.12.*

Hello. Has a problem in newer versions renpy-6.12.* of the function "$ renpy.movie_cutscene ()".
It is easily seen if one compares the demo-tutorial video playback "shuttle.ogv" in versions renpy 6.11 .*.
For example, I compared the renpy-6.11.2 and renpy-6.12.2 version.
In renpy-6.12.2 video noticeably slow and intermittently played.
I think this is something to do with updating ffmpeg. Sorry if the post had already been.
I would like to know whether there is progress in solving the problem?
