Granted. Now you're wide awake 24/7, scaring off your loved ones with your monstrously blood-shot eyes, ash-colored skin, and increasingly haggard appearance. In the end, you are locked up because anyone who looks at you suffers irreversible emotional trauma.

I wish I could lead a healthy life but still eat as many sweets as I want.

Granted. You eat so many sweet and you're still healthy. But that makes you uncontrollably eat too many sweet that you are so fat (like a giant meat/fat-ball), until you can't even move your finger anymore. Look at the bright side though... you are still healthy and written inside the World Guinness Book of Record.
