This will be my first visual novel
I just start this even thought for years I've been planning >.<

I thought I was the only one that will change

But my whole point of view of the world changed

First day of school and first day of being sixteen. She change herself from a nerdy person to a complete different person (physiacally). One thing she never knew was when she had a strage illusion or vision, it changed her life. When she told her friend about the vision, they decide to protect her. In order to protect her, they have to tell what the really are. Will she accept her friend true nature? Even more, will she accept herself? Enjoy the game by surviving from the immortals and be on the final battle

While this has potential, I'm a bit confused about what's going on. So Ela is a normal, nerdy girl who drastically changes herself and then what? And what does "NS" and "+S" mean?
It might help if you explained a bit more about the plot.

Ela just knew she had this ability to see vision. She didn't have it until her father's death, which he left her mother for some reason. Her friend was actually knew about this but they keep it secret so they could protect her odinary life. But since she had her first vision, which is a little bloody.... so they knew they had to tell her the truth. Her friend were a human, but they become immortal. So the stories move towards a war between two groups of immortal, one that believe that they could live among human and one could not.

NS - They hold one of the 4 elements of the world, and at the same time, other abilities (It also their rank between the immortals, because only few people holds abilities, this is the highest)
+S - other abilities (a rank lower than NS)
IN - They are immortal, but those not hold any abilites (a rank lower than +S)
HU- Just a human that learned about immortals (lowest)

As the story move on, Ela will learn what secret that night holds, even her parents's. The secret will put her to a great danger, but her friend will always stand by her side. A little conflicts had to solve and.... hmmm.... find your love one.

Well, it's about a girl life turns upside down when she know some secret that night holds.... so the story goes by she surviving and soon they going to have war
she changed only outlook, her personality didn't change

I can see your story has potential and I'll follow this thread. Wish you good luck. But I can clearly see english isn't your first language, you may want to look for editor. Editors are really great help, not only with language issues.
