Appearance: Extremely short for his age. He wears a hoodie. Not sure for he entire chara design so Ill just work with whoever Im assigned with. He has light brown hair and brigh green eyes. Typical shota look I guess... XD
Personality: A kiwi lover that is actually smarter than he looks. He tends to be random, and acts stupid quite a bit. He loves the color green because of his eyes. He is very cheerful, has very good aim with his right hand, he hates his left hand. XD ('Stupid left hand; doesn't know how to do anything!) He also hates it when people refer to him as kid, child, chibi, shota etc.

Appearance: A bit taller than Miel, (5'3 whereas Miel is 5'1) she wears a long black cloak that covers her eyes. You can only see her nose, mouth and bangs. Her bangs show that she's a redhead. Underneath that cloak, through the openings, you can see she is wearing a long navy dress. Her cloak goes to her knees and she wears black and white striped knee high socks and tattered brown shoes.
Personality: She tends to call everyone stupid. She finds almost everything stupid. She's a very rude person, but it's not like she does it to hurt people. (Her friends told her she was too easy to push around and too nice) She likes to talk using big words because they make her feel smart. She has an odd love for nails though. Her nails are painted bright blue and purple. She also loves cats. Her face flushes a bright red when she tries to resist petting a cat.

Description: An athletic young man with purple eyes, dark skin and yellow colored hair. His jacket is black while the crosses on his jacket and shoes are red. His shoes are black and white. He wear white jeans, and a red sleeveless undershirt.
Personality: He's a very cold and ruthless type of person, but he's feircely loyal to anyone he does like. He can be pretty deep at times, and is surprisingly innocent about some things. He usually thinks out loud, and doesn't spare anyone's emotions.
Role: He's the main character, but not nessicarially the hero.
Keeping or Donating: Keeping

Name: Haruka Koiga
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Description: A pink haired girl with fair skin, and black clothing with grey. Her headband is pure white, while her arm bracers are red. She also wears a small pink ribbon on her right arm (bonus points if you get the refrence).
Personality: She's got a huge ego, and is prone to lots of bragging and boasting. Though she boasts about other people as well (in her mind their greatness is a reflection of her greatness though) and she likes to help the "lesser people" with their problems.
Role: She's Doom's mentor, and claims to be his older sister because they "are related by circumstance."
Keeping or Donating: Donating, just tell her how cool she is and she'll behave.

What's the difference between an all-encompassing artist and someone whose name is listed under sprites, BGs and CGs?

Also, regarding a customizable main character, maybe the most customization should be letting the player choose their gender and enter their name and THAT'S IT. That alone sounds like a lot of programming to me already xD This is all I would suggest if the MC was customizable, if there will be a new MC for this project at all.

I think branching should be left up to the writers of each module, but we should still shoot for SOME consistency (ex. Set a minimum amount of branching (none) and a maximum (I don't know, maybe 6?)).

Role: Murdered twin brother and Some sort of Spiritual Advisor (A.K.A = The annoying inner voice) of the MC.
Personality: Childish, playful, and loud. A little too obnoxious for his own good, but he can become shy when faced with the person he has a crush on. He's sweet to people he likes, but just plain mean to people he hates. (He tends to prank and annoy the living hell out of a person he doesn't like.)
Keeping or Donating?: Donating. (Do what you guys want with him! You can't kill him off though cause he's already a ghost.) And, no, this isn't some diabolical plan to get rid of him. It really isn't!

Description: Even if her sleek, black hair and brown eyes made it painfully obvious, no one actually realizes that she's half-Asian due to her body structure. (She's not exactly petite, 5'9 in height and a little bit... chubby. Don't tell her that though!)
Appears in: Secret project entitled "Mere Coincidences?"
Role: The MC's so-called best friend.
Personality: Just as childish and sweet as Zander, but a little more evil. Though she is generally kind hearted, she has a bit of a darker side that shows up whenever something has really pissed her off. Only cute things and her best friend can snap her out of her "Evil" mode. She's really good in literature, math and I.T, but she's lame in other subjects because she thinks their boring, useless, and "not really a necessity in real life". She ridiculously believes in the smart people wear glasses stereotype, thus, she always likes to wear one even if she doesn't have an eye problem.
