I'm working on a BxG school life VN with strong fantasy elements, there are 4 girl and arcs their arcs, all tied together by a larger plot.
I know it's a lot to ask, but I'd still appreciate if someone would help me with writing the individual arcs. With 20k words and counting, the work just feels enormous for me.

I would nearly recommend that if you feel it is too much work to write all the arcs, it may be wiser to "remove" those arcs ─ multiple writers end up having multiple styles of writing, which may end up clashing... at the very least, you would need to rewrite certain parts in your own words just to maintain the same style of writing.

Have you considered scrapping an arc?

As for scrapping arks: I'll rather struggle onwards than do that, as I haven't got any deadlines to follow yet. And I know that fitting works together might be troublesome as well, but I think there is room for slightly different styles, as the arcs do split to their own directions after the first events.
of course, most creative people would rather follow their own ideas than conforming to someone else's work, but I figured wouldn't lose anything just from asking.

Actually, multiple arks written by different authors, while harder to co-ordinate, is a viable option. Editing from a dedicated editor is crucial however it would not require you to look through every writers work to keep a constant style. As long as each writer follows a light hearted first person narrative the rest could really just flow. A good example of this would be Katawa Shoujo. Each ark was written by a diffrent author and illustrated by a different artist but the over all style and feel was very consistant.
