Where is everybody?

Just wondering where everyone was from.
You can be as unspecific as you want and name a continent or whatever.
I just want to know where the creators and people who enjoy VNs are :)

To start with, I'm from North America.
To be more specific, the US.
To be even more specific, California.
To be even more specific than that, Narnia.
