Bug on underlining hyperlinks in justified text

When text is justified, underlines in hyperlinks are not continuous and appear as broken lines. In my opinion this is due to the inserted whitespaces not being correctly underlined. See images below.

I sort of get what's going on here, but it will likely require major changes to fix it. That's because underlining is really only well-defined on individual characters, not justify-inserted spaces.

For now, you're going to have to live with it or work around it.
