Excluding directories when packaging for distribution

#1 Post by luminarious » Fri Mar 30, 2012 7:13 am

Hey! Is there an easy way to exclude directories when packaging? Because I have my D:\Visual Novels folder, where I have assigned all my Ren'py projects. Currently I have to keep my unused assets and other miscellanea in a separate folder elsewhere, and it seems really counter-intuitive.

No, you probably want to put your assets a level above your project.

Desperate, I checked out the source. And it looks like folders starting with a period or a # mark are excluded automatically. That's good enough for the time being, as it lets me have my .art, .notes and similar folders.
