This is a musical visual novel game from Kogado.
Official Website
Opening movie (on youtube)

Synopsis
It is the story of Chris, a young man who plays on a special instrument at Piova, a music school. For the upcoming graduation concert, he has to play a song he created, but he needs a singer.

The characters
Arietta & Tortinita Fine:
They are Chris' childhood friends. They are twins. Chris and Arietta are lovers and they often write to each other, since they aren't in the same town. "Torta" is at the same school that Chris attends. Both girls are 17 years old.

Falsita Fawcett:
She used to be the head of school representatives. She's also 17 years old. She is a calm and gentle person, and works hard.

Liselsia Cesarini (Lise):
She's a really timid person and doesn't like crowded places. Her voice is very cute. She's in first year class and is 15 years old.

Phorni:
She's small(14cm). She has wings. She is... a fairy! She lives with Chris in his appartment.

Asino:
He's Chris' friend. Unlike Chris' other classmates who avoid him, Asino is friendly.

Cordell (sensei):
A strict music teacher.

Special features
This game lets you play on a keyboard with a "virtual keyboard".
There are different difficulty levels: 4 keys for easy, 8 for normal, 26 for hard.
You can input the tune with a standard music keyboard (with midi function).
The songs were composed by Okazaki Ritsuko. She had composed and sung the ending of Fruits Basket, if you're searching for a reference.
