Some of lemma members taught me on how to draw males, so here ~! What I've learned x-x
Yaaay ! So how was it ?

You should study masculine and feminine traits. These are visual cues that are read by the viewer. You can mix these traits in all different types of characters. Some of them are biologically related to certain genders and others are simply inferred to by social convention.

For example:

Masculine:
Broad shoulders
Narrow waist and hips
Iliac crest
Adam's Apple
Muscle (angular forms)
Square jaw
Small eyes

Feminine:
Breasts
Wider hips
Round shoulders
Soft forms and curves
Large eyes and long lashes
Fuller lips

It's a good idea to study the multitude of anatomy references that can be found on the internet to get an idea of what reads as what and why. It's a fairly common problem that people are better at drawing one sex over another to begin with (usually ones own) and I have a vague feeling this can actually swing to be the sex that one is attracted to later on due to sheer practice and concentration. At the end of the day it's always practice, study and practice!

But I've learn some of them already, I tried it and whenever I think about it it's making me confused =[.

I had the same problem for many years in the past Dx I usually give my guys a more prominent jaw and thicker eyebrows. I find they usually look manlier that way. I hope that helps

i quite like the girly looking guys >_<! (easier to cross dress them and still have them look good XD)

at least you got the broader shoulders ;D
I usually find guys are longer in everything, face, nose, eyes etc (well my anime style anyways ^^')

I have the same problem, but the other way around. I CAN'T DRAW GIIIIIIRLS !! >.< I don't know, maybe I can only draw boy's love T.T (well, I don't complain, but, still!) I can't draw big round eyes, cute little nose, full lips, long hair... Ah, this is awful.

Well, were in the opposite ways !
Why don't you try first on copying cute character females on the net ?
Or first try focusing with the face ! >o<
That's when I knew how to draw female =D

Well, he's definitely a lot more manly compared to your previous image. Large improvement. :v
There are a few anatomical errors. I could redline it if you want.

The way you drew the lines for his hair make his head look very flat/strange.
The animal ears pop out of nowhere. You may wanna define what it is. Is it glued onto a headband, or does he have real animal ears that are grown onto his head? ...Or, are they formed out of his hair?
For his hand, you may want to look up reference pictures or look at your own hand in that pose.

I just made it in Manga Studio, lines lines lines =D
And it's ears, it's real, I don't know what happened, I think I forgot to put something on his head :O, well... grown into it's head XD.
Ah ! By the way, on the hand, it has it's cloth. Make it like weird or something but you see, it's his cloth wherein like for the heroes or something like that inserted to it's palm c:
His hair is really like that. Hmm... I really don't know what I put in him, but it's fine. haha

That's awesome for the bishounen kind. ^^
But if you want more masculine males, you'll have to draw more square jaws, and smaller eyes. ^^
