No, no. Hail means to praise or applaud. It also means hail as in frozen rain. It has a lot of meanings.

Yup, Catlip's rightt. 'Heil' is just German.

According to the Oxford English dictionary, you are correct, but I don't accept 'hail' as the proper spelling for a German loanword.

Hey Uncle Mugen would you be willing to make a cafeteria, please?

I have a few requests should you decide to accept them.

Main (and super unreasonable) request
A 360 degree classroom in the evening.
In my current non-commercial project there is a scene where different characters debate. They form a circle in the center of the room. The camera then pans over to the different characters when they talk.
This could either be done using a single very wide image, or a few images at different angles. I'd like to convey the feeling that the characters are facing each other and not all staring and barking at a wall.
(I hope I'm making sense...)

More tame requests:
-A school auditorium/concert hall.
Preferences: Large stage, empty seating. Various views. (Mainly facing the crowd, and facing away.)

-A school gym
Preferences: Noon, Evening, and Night. Maybe one with no windows

-A school cafeteria
Preferences: Main hall with many benches for the consumption of foodstuffs. Different times: noon, evening, and night

I'm willing to provide additional resources if necessary.
Of course you have no obligation to do any of this, but I'd really appreciate it.

hi! i am very new to this website (i.e. this is my first post) but i really really adore your backgrounds ;__; is it possible to request any western backgrounds? its totally cool if not! to be honest really anything would be good (wooden interiors or just anything im not picky) thank you so much!!!!

Empty Seating - Check (also it's a pain to render)
Various views - Check

As for the School Gym, you'll have to wait a bit since it's on my other computer... same with the classroom... I really haven't modeled any school cafeteria so far...

Now Ehem (clears throat) these backgrounds are a bit "rougher" that your normal Uncle Mugen backgrounds because (1) I rendered them using a Laptop and (2) I need to be somewhere tonight so that leaves me about 30 minutes to model and render them... so I highly encourage you to modify and post process them to suit your needs...

If I could be a little picky about the auditorium. Could we have at least one angle pointing to at least one of the exits from the inside? (Preferably with the door shut.)

If it's not too much trouble, do you think you can make a volleyball gym? Preferably with morning, afternoon, and evening versions? I can't seem to find volleyball gym bgs anywhere...
