You can find it on dlsite.com, along with a demo.
Basically, it's a game where the male protagonist shrinks a bit, so all the breasts of the ladies he encounters suddenly seem big (if they already aren't already drawn big by the creators anyway).

omg ...the demo alone is enough to make me wish they had a better translated version of the game ( well ...if the "English" version of the full game is anything like the "English" demo ) but either way I'd probably still get it someday ....soooo funny
