I finally finished one sprite of a character for my VN in progress! ;v;

The first novel of a story me and a pair of friends (can I call them that?) have been working on is finally almost completed. We're only missing two images for it, and they should be done before the week is over, according to the artist. I tried writing on my own for a start, but since I am not a very skilled writer I didn't get very far. And so I started looking for someone to help me with it, and found someone among these forums. I don't know if they'd be okay with me naming them, so I'm not going to, but I do wanna give a big shout-out and a massive thank you to the forum for having been super-helpful in letting me find the writer

I got a 98 (the highest in the class!) on an essay that I wrote for an AP English Language class filled mostly with seniors, in which I'm one of exactly two juniors~!!

My started has never failed since. Hail sourdough! The food of the pioneers.

I GOT A JOB holy crap. This is pretty big for me - I haven't had real work in about twelve years, notwithstanding the three or so years I was at uni. You stay unemployed that long, you feel pretty definitively like you'll never be worth employing again... but suddenly I have an amazing job with work that I'm good at, a really respectful boss, an easy bus ride and hours that suit my lack of energy/abundance of side projects. Also a magical office with a happy dog and and baby goats in the yard.

It's like a wonderful dream~ I wish everybody struggling with work could be so lucky.

I finished most of the writing portion for my current project last week and I'm working on the sprites now! I also got a 100 on a quiz for honors stats, which I'm super proud of because I wasn't present when that section was taught. Recently, even though it wasn't really polished, someone reblogged my post for a potential VN project and was hyped about it in the tags, which really motivated me to think about it more （*´▽｀*）

My parents and I also went out to eat to celebrate their anniversary early and I LOVED the dessert I picked (I'm still drooling over it right now.....) and we're gonna go eat out again at the end of this week or next week to celebrate my birthday (Gonna eat so many oysters I'm so hyped!!)

I'm also looking forward to the new episodes that'll air this week for the shows I'm watching this season~

I really thought all the programming that goes into making a VN would be so far over my head, since I have a learning disability, but everything is going great and it's easier than I anticipated and I just feel so relieved that I'm practically giddy.

I had a new follower in Wattpad. \\¤_¤//

I have an appointment at a pain clinic this Thursday, where they'll re-do diagnostic tests and we might finally find out why I'm so sick!

Ahem. In less bittersweet news, I have green tea with lemon and mango in it.
