Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be able to afford art for a whole project D:.

But how much would you charge for a different arm / head position on the same character? And a different outfit on the same position and character?

different arm / head position on the same character: it still be consider as the additional character
different outfit on the same position and character: 12$ each addition~~
