I new and wanted to know if current rules. Also I wanted make anime date game based/ use images from anime. I want to know if I can do this or what rules are their to this. (Sorry this is wrong section )

Current rules for what? You can make any type of game you want to make as far as I know, as long as you put anything that shows adult content in the adult section (you can also make a thread for it in the regular game section, but you can't talk or post about the adult stuff and have to mention that it's an adult game.

You can't take images from an anime for your game though because that is technically stealing since you don't have the rights to use those images. You should check out the Creative Commons section of the forums or click the link that says Wiki up at the top of the page to find sprites, backgrounds and music that you can use for your game. You could also work on the game and then show people what you have in the recruitment section of the forum and maybe get an artist there.

If you want to make a game using characters from an anime I'm pretty sure you're allowed as long as it's a free game and all of the images were made specifically for the game and not taken from somewhere without permission from the owner. There are a few fan games on the forum though from what i've seen it seems people on this forum tend to like it more when you make something with your own original characters.
