I feel tired, sick, depressed and overworked. My shoulders are completely stiff and they hurt a lot.

...But it doesn't matter. It doesn't just matter at all. 8D
Because excluding the arc departure prologue, the linear storyline is pretty much complete! I feel so wonderful~!

I'll do some corrections and read this a few times through before the testing, though. But anyway, it's the time to celebrate!

I've been ultra-busy lately... But I will try to get this sent to the testers on or before the 10th day of this month. Try. ;_; Thanks for your patience, and I'm sorry for this...

Ummh... I've been terribly busy lately, just terribly. @_@ But I'm working on checking the script for the very final time, and I just crossed the middle. Before September... I'll really try to make it before September! ;_; I have had the time to just work on checking this only on a couple of days, so if I'll find one or two and have the energy, I'll get the checking finished really quickly. For real, this time!

I know exactly what it's like to be trying to do a large project and having absolutely nothing done. I'm currently working on the scripts for my own project also. However, since I love writing so much (and my ADD demands of me to do several different projects at once), I might be of assistance.

Here are some things I may be able to do for you:
1. I'm a great beta-reader. Which means, I can read your script (not the code, just the dialogue/plans) and help edit grammar, spelling, etc. etc. I can help re-arrange sentences that don't sound too well, and add some things which may give it the oomph.
2. I love organizing. Oddly enough, my room is a mess, but when it comes to organizing projects, I can file things in any way you like. That doesn't just go for folders and files either. If your plot needs organizing, I can help. I'm a roleplayer, so I know that when I get an idea in my head, I want to show it immediately. But, sometimes it'll ruin the roleplay if I don't save it for later. I can fix those little snags and move them about to make everything fit nicely.
3. I can color line-art in cellshade and airbrush. I'll color your cut-scenes and perhaps some character art, if you decide to do some new lines. I'll also redo line-art with my paths tool on gimp. If you're line-art looks a bit sloppy, or it needs some cleaning up, I'll redo it and color it for you so it looks spiffeh.

Um. I can search for music that's free for download. Though, most of it probably is from different games and will need some serious crediting. >< Any way to help, I'll do it. But, put my name somewhurr, because that's just polite. XD

You may call me Sin, by the way. I can't wait for this game to come out! :]

I'm glad that you're interested about the project, Sin. ^^ I'll see if I'll need your help. For this time's testing, I'm afraid we have already a lot of people volunteered, and especially on the spellchecking side, things might get a bit complex if we have too many people checking the script simultaneously.

However, I think there will be many, many other tests in the future as the arcs come to their completion and then when the graphics and music will be combined with the script. Now that I mentioned graphics, you offered to help with them too.... The graphic section is something that's really far in the future for now at least, but as I am really bad at lineart, I might seriously consider your services. The music is something that can't be actually thought about too much at this stage of the project, but if we end up collecting free music from the Internet, help will probably be needed.

Oh yes and, all the people who help me with this project, including the testers, will be mentioned in the credits unless they wish otherwise.

Once more, thanks for your offers and interest. :)

...But rather than reporting the status, I'd like to announce that even though the LuxVN/Hime blog was somewhat inactive for a while, it's being updated quite often again now. There are some picture-cookies there too, so please check it out! ^^

I might be in time this once, so prepare, o'testers! You're not going to get away anymore! >:D

I can probably do some art for you, if you need any help, other than the beta'ing that I had offered earlier. I'm not an expert, but I'm by no means unacceptable. :3 [runs to check blog]

I can't really say anything about graphics yet, though I think I'll probably work as the main artist myself. I'm not intending to make any decisions about those before the script is fully complete, because until that, the amount of graphics that are needed for the project cannot be estimated. Except that it will probably be a lot. But that aside, it will most likely take like, a couple of years to get the script finished so... I won't say anything about those yet. But I appreciate your concern. ^^
As for the testing of this time, as I said before, any more testers would unfortunetly be too much, but we'll see about the next tests. :)

But on the news...
The script checking is finally complete now! YAY!
Since chronoluminaire suggested that I'll send it to him last, I'll do that and hand him the burden and the honour as the final spelling checker, if he will accept it. :) (Will she?)
monele, Sailor Kitty, DrakeNavarone... Prepare yourselves, I'll try to send this to you before Saturday! ^^

I'm now writing the arc split section, a really short text which from the different arcs will branch. Yes, it's not actually a part of the linear storyline, so it's not counted in that part, and it won't be in the beta either... But it's a really short text, so there is no need to count it in the percentages. But I'm writing it... And then I'll continue to the question arcs!

I will accept the responsibility! *salutes* Although I'm a guy...
I released 3 VNs, many moons ago: Elven Relations (IntRenAiMo 2007), When I Rule The World (NaNoRenO 2005), and Cloud Fairy (the Cute Light & Fluffy Project, 2009).
More recently I designed the board game Steam Works (published in 2015), available from a local gaming store near you!
