The crystal Kingdom of Chalcedonia was once a beautiful place, under the rule of the Princess Rosalia, they lived happy peaceful lives.
Until one day, monsters called Nightmares destroyed the kingdom.
Princess Rosalia and her fairy knight, Diana prayed that their last hope, the magical Rose Crystal Mirror would produce a miracle.
however, they were attacked by the leader of the Nightmare Agency, Druzy.
Diana fought helplessly before finding herself transported Earth, but her Princess was no where to be seen.
Unfortunately the nightmares began to attack this new world too.
Valerie Amaranth, an ordinary 16 year old, has her world changed forever when she recieves the powers of the Legendary Crystal Warrior Diamond Heart.
Now with the help of Diana, she must find her allies, defeat the Nightmares, and rescue the missing princess Rosalia.

I love the art... and it sounds like the story will have humor in it. Zacharie's sprite looks girly, though (although that would corroborate his feminine ways). I think it's his clothes.
Anyway, I'm watching this thread now xD

That means I did my job right. he's more interested in girly things and womens fashion than mens clothes

No way am I dropping this, the only reason I stopped updating the first thread is because well, it was the NaNo thread and NaNo month is over lol

Ahh I see how it could be confusing,
I'm not sure how highschool works in other countries but in the US Juniors in highschool are usually 16-17 years old, and seniors are usually 17-18. Valerie is an older junior, and Alex is a younger senior.
as for them being classmates, Alex failed one of his classes the previous year and has to retake it and valerie happens to be taking that same class. Outside of that, since they're in different grade levels they dont have any other classes together.
He's just not all that good with schoolwork

As always, the art is awesome (and very...."pink"?
), all the characters are great and Zacharie is the cutest of all (although he is a boy
)
Did the story change a little bit? There wasn't any kingdom before, if my memory is good, but whatever! It really fits the story ^^
I look forward to it, so please keep it going

It reminds me of Pretty cure XD It was the first thing I tought when I saw the MC, but it have romance in it!! My dream just came true!! x3

its not really a spoof or parody. pure mahou shoujo genre as pure as my maidens heart /dramatic turns toward the sunset/snerk

shes probably one of my favorite girls to work with shhh
I just finished up amber's first sprite and her uniform
all of sophies sprites are 100% done
except i forgot her gloves in the last one but its still mostly 100%
all the main characters will have three poses and a few outfits except amber who will only have two poses

i finished the sprite for ambers fairy form

she cant transform to a magical girl but she does occasionally take a human like form when its convenient

XD Okay really, I stalked the first thread, and now I'm gonna have to stalk this one! I was already stalking it Ahem! Anyway, everything is looking good and it really has the magical girls theme to it. And damn, the guys have alter egos! So they're magical girls too (Magical boys!)?
