Help! Renpy 6.15 doesn´t work on my pc

Hello, I don´t know why renpy 6.15 works well in one of my pc, but in my other pc doesn´t work. Also games developed with renpy 6.15 doesn´t run either. I tried to update c++ runtime, direx 10,11 but the problem still

Well, i didn't update my laptop because i don´t use internet in it. I couldn't install w7 because it have very low characteristic(p 4, low graphic, low ran)

I used my laptop to watch videos, play visual novels and modify codes with renpy 6.13 and works well,

the SO is Windows XP, I tried to update c++ runtime, direx 10,11 but the last version of renpy and games created with it still didn´t work. the pictures I show are the messages when I tried to run renpy
