Madelaine "Maddie" Washington is an ordinary biology student living in New Orleans. Her life revolves mostly around studying, and she recently broke up with her boyfriend - however, that was only the most recent disappointment in a long line of unsatisfying relationships Maddie has had throughout her lifetime. She has never been able to find her idea of romance fulfilled, and she's starting to think that romance - the good, old, classic type of romance - may be dead.

However, one strange October, she finds out that romance really IS dead - though in a different way than she thought it would be...

this game is hilarious from what i've played, but i must say that the ending i got made me pretty confused.
don's ending: wrath
is that only one of his endings? are there several for each character? how many are there total? the one i got left me pretty unsatisfied...

Ohh I remember seeing your recruitment post for an artist,

and the art style looks great! I got two endings so far and it's really enjoyable.

There are two endings per character, plus an additional three endings that can happen but don't give any sort of closure to that character.

On the path to Don's "Wrath" ending, there is a quite big hint on how to get the other Don ending instead.

I somehow laughed when I've heard Amazing Grace playing lol. So I've got all of Don's 3 endings, 2 of Adam's and one of Maurice. I got the ending where Adam 'kinda' had a closure and visited Maddie every October(?) and the one where he jumped. Was the former his 'best' ending? How do I get his other ending?

As for Maurice I got his ending of accidentally dropping the box and the Voodoo Queen ending. How do I get his 3rd ending?

Also, just wondering if there's a particular reason why there wasn't a music for the start up screen?

1. Adam's "Wanderer" ending is the better of the two. His third ending can be found by being distinctly not-nice to him but deciding to see how he's doing when he's inside the church.

2. Maurice's third ending, likewise, can be achieved by being not nice to him yet allowing him to check your blood for traces of magic.
Hope you liked all three pieces iof "special ending music", and the story in general?

O_o Don is black, Baljeet is... not. And there's an age difference of, say, 15 years between the two of them...

Really?... I thought Baljeet is...black enough. No he just reminds me of Baljeet, not that he looks like the kid @@
But I'd say he's the grown-up version of Baljeet :3
I must admit, I really like the unique character designs =))))

So did I! Card-Queen did a fabulous job on these, instantly understanding where I was getting at with this project. And I think Luce Jumble's beautiful UI rounded it all off very well.

Thanks to my two artists! Couldn't have done it without you!

I feel like an idiot for asking this, since everyone seems to be getting his routes, but, I only get Don's Wrath ending. How do I get a lighter ending?

You're not an idiot. You're just confused :)
When the first problems with Don arise, Maddie has an idea about how what to do. Unfortunately, she isn't able to follow up on that idea because, well, someone important she needs for this to work is missing. If this person were not missing, things would certainly gone differently. Maybe Maddie should have treated this person differently in the past?
