Is there a Sims 2 mod to turn the character to look like anime characters?
I'd be really surprised if there weren't a few that came out in the next few months - I'm not too familiar with the Sims 2 method of skin implementation, but there's gotta be a few Sims skin sites out there with anime-inspired skins.
Now, as far as a mod to make all the skins anime-ish, I'm not really sure.
