Bermuda [Sci-Fi] on Greenlight and Kickstarter

#1 Post by InvertMouse »

Countless individuals have vanished inside the Bermuda Triangle. By this day and age, many have written these disappearances off as myths. Edward and his friends, however, will learn that the triangle is in fact quite real.

Bermuda is a visual novel combined with open ended stealth missions. The game is fully voiced including narration. Veteran actors like Kyle Hebert, Cristina Vee and Kira Buckland are in the cast. Trapped inside an alien submarine, Edward must survive this trial of trust and deceit.

I've been kindly reminded to show a demo or complete game to indicate I'm the type to finish my projects. Responding to that, here's Unhack, a visual novel x puzzle game I released earlier this year:

Thank you! Hope to have your support guys m(_ _)m.

What I think you might want to clarify is whether the "full visual novel" is just one episode of the full series, or is it all 6 episodes and each of them are 10 minutes long? If it is supposed to be episodic you might want to add that to the risks and challenges.

Hello everyone :). I'm really thankful for all the contributions to Bermuda's Kickstarter campaign so far. A few has kindly asked why the rewards only go up to $50. Really grateful to hear the community has faith in my little creations.

In response, I've added two postcard rewards. They're top tier stuff so thank you so much just for taking a look at the project everyone.

The details are in here:

Bermuda is a story focused project, but it does contain stealth missions. Here's a video taken from the game's first episode:

Thank you heaps m(_ _)m.

Bermuda's campaign has just passed the 50% mark. Thank you so much everyone for your contributions m(_ _)m!

This middle point is where momentum really starts to die. If you could consider supporting my work and telling your friends about it, that would be really fantastic.

Thank you heaps for your help everyone. I'll post new content as they come :).

Hello everyone. I have just uploaded some new footage of Bermuda featuring the voice actors in the game. Hope you can check them out. First up, we have a video with greetings from the main cast:

Next, we have a sample video of the game in action. The scene is taken from the introduction sequence:

Last, here is a sample of the bonus conversations that are available before each chapter. Please enjoy this casual chat between Edward and Finyomu:

This middle period is a real challenge, everyone. I hope you can consider contributing to the project and spreading the word.

Your support is very much appreciated. Thank you as always m(_ _)m!

Congratulations!

Recently, there's an article about this fascinating project on IndieGames.com. I tried the demo, it's fluently fluid. Upon finishing it, I casted off my vote to Steam Greenlight hoping it gets Greenlit someday.
