Hello! I'm new to the forums so I hope I'm doing this right

I've been working on a game and I appreciate the Ren'py platform so much that I wanted to try to give back to the community somehow. When I started working on my game, Chimera, I had no idea how to approach backgrounds. After doing a lot of experimentation, I settled on an art style that I really like, and that's pretty easy (and fast) too! It's a little different from the sharp, precise line drawings traditional in anime, but I think it has a unique charm that would work well in a fantasy game. And -cough- easier.
If there's any interest, I'd be glad to document the process on the background for the next scene. The tutorial would be for Photoshop. I'm sure some of you could take the method to new heights--maybe some of the little tricks I've figured out will make coloring your traditional scenes faster, too. Or if you're like me and also just starting out, then maybe it'll create a good launching point to take you from 'no way' to 'maybe there's hope!' Just let me know.
