Be sure you have a 32-bit java development kit installed.

Huh. That's weird - Ren'Py can't find the jdk. Maybe reinstall it?

Posting the IRC solution here for anyone else with this problem:
Make sure the JAVA_HOME environment variable is correct, or unset it entirely since the JDK does not set it by default.
Example:
JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_20
Note: do not refer to the bin directory, refer to the base directory of the entire java install instead.

Oh my... my bad, I'm using 64 bit Windows7 installed so I didn't tried 32/84 bit.
I'ts working, the solution is just install 32/84 bit from outo-link given by Ren'Py itself, and just simply click next next next next next when installing. Very easy, thank you for all the information
EDITED: Err... the installation failed... anyone.. help?
