Installed the latest nightly, now RenPy won't open?

Installed the latest nightly, now RenPy won't open?

Tried on 2 different machines (Win 8 + various compatibility options) but it looks like nothing's happening at all after trying to open the launcher - any ideas?

Thanks, after the initial restart of RenPy after the update it functions fine, but if you close it after that point it seems unable to reopen (even after a restart) - it's not showing up in running processes at all. If you require any extra information/would like me to do any testing, please let me know!
