Writer looking for a team to create a VN

I'm looking for a team to create a new visual novel. I am also interested in joining an existing team.

Even though I have no experience in this field, I am willing to learn while working. However, I can create short (1000-2000 words) fanfiction outright for those who wishes to test my abilities.

I am mainly interested in writing a route for a character in a romance visual novel, though I am willing to accept other roles.

You say you have no experience in VN writing, but do you have any experience in writing at all?

I do. I have won several awards during middle school in spamming the forum like a silly person competitions and I have written a 30000 word novel in my early years of high-school, which was published intra-school and I received positive reception.

The style of writing for romance visual novels is different from what I had written during the past few years. I have read 3 visual novels, namely Katawa Shoujo, Everlasting Summer, and Tales of Aravorn: Seasons of the Wolf, and I notice the different style of writing from novels I would normally find at the library. I have no experience in writing any kind of screenplay.

If you ever get an idea together, I can offer to do some concept art, if you'd like! Maybe sprites, but I'm not so sure if I'm really at a level for that yet. I've also helped create dialogue before, but just because there was no one else I'm not primarily a writer, but hey, to get enough dialogue, I'm willing to help, if necessary.

I've been assembling and placing together a very specific type of VN, one that takes place in a very sci-fi future setting on a single space vessel re-purposed for training and testing, your crew and routine objectives shape the outcome and relationships for your stay aboard. I have a bit of a workload as I can produce code, art and writing however art being my focal point. I have a starting point but I decided these forums would be the best bet for alike minds.

The project is very early, but definitely looking for more. I can reveal details if there is interest.
