Looking for coloured anime/chibi style artists

I'm currently looking for an artist to partner with to sell merchandises in a con located in Indonesia. The artist will send me the picture online and I will handle all the printing and selling. An official contract will be made upon the agreed deal. All base prices will have to be covered - the left will be divided between the two of us.
