Are you indenting or putting it in a Python block? If not you'll need to do that. http://www.renpy.org/doc/html/language_ ... and-blocks
As an alternative, it may suffice to use the hover_sound on your imagebutton property instead. http://www.renpy.org/doc/html/style_pro ... properties
