Can't start renpy

I got a new laptop and downloaded renpy again.
Now it won't start. I installed the latest version of directX and GDL.

Please, give more info: What OS your computer runs? Is there an error showing? Maybe a crazy Antivirus is blocking Ren'Py?

Windows 8.1
No error appear
I use avira but also tried turning it off

Make sure graphical drivers are up to date and that renpy is in a folder you have full rights for and there are no weird characters in the path leading to Ren'Py.

I made all updates and path is C:\Users\Yukari\Documents\renpy-6.99.10-sdk
Edit:I changed the path to C:\ and it starts now. Strange I had it in documents on my old PC too.
