Humm, if the group does exist, Im quite interested? I'm not really skilled enough in art or critiques, but highly interested, that is, if it's not a bother?
If this is still going then I would be interested in joining.
I'm pretty new at trying to create my own art and anything good I've made usually depends on a little tracing somewhere along the line (even if it's just the position of the person), but I'm interested in finding a way to improve and I think I need people around me to do that. I work in vectors using a program called inkscape while I think most people use a graphics tablet so based on how it all works I might not be a perfect fit but I'd like to take a chance on the possibility it might still work
By the way in the event that the original poster doesn't come back (no hostility intended, It's just that I clicked the little profile button and saw they haven't been online since May 6, which is 105 days ago at time of this post and I don't take that as too promising an indicator of their return) then would the people here be interested in an attempt of my own at starting something up?
I'd also like to emphasize that such a new attempt would in no way be any kind of rival to the original group (if it got off the ground to begin with) and that should the original poster come back and be annoyed about this then I would be willing to peacefully step down and refer anyone recruited your way
I will probably sort out details of how to sort out contact and communication through private messaging on these forums, I am currently under the assumption that the original group did get created, so to be courteous I have only contacted these most recent 5 posters who as far I know didn't get in, if the original group didn't form then the original applicants are welcome to PM me
i also want to join if this is still a go.
i badly need to upgrade my character and graphic art skills.
i know there are books and tutorials but its not as motivating when you have someone to show your art too and get feedback.

That could be good. With Skype, it would be hard to go back and look for previous topics, and at least on Facebook, each discussion can have their own thread of sorts.
SO MANY GAMES, SO LITTLE TIME!!!
