And if you're looking for games similar to True Love, you're looking for dating sims with H content, sometimes called "mating sims".
Your most authentic dating sim is probably Tokimeki Memorial, but there's no H in that. Comic Party may be your cup of tea, and if anybody else has other suggestions, I'm certain they'll leave them here.
