Hello all! I'm looking for some willing peeps to help me out with Yuri Jam. I have an old unfinished script I pulled for this jam so I do have a lot of the series bible and some of the outline done already.
This is an Adventure Style point and click game not a VN. Though I'm marrying the two together a bit and plan to have it a bit more text heavy then most Adventure games. I'll be coding in Unity with the Adventure Creator asset.
PLOT
It's a hot summer night when your friend leaves you to run into the woods. You follow her only to find the forest does not want to give her back. Along the way you meet strange ethereal Deer. A ghost? Or a something more? "You only have three nights. Three night and then the one you search for will love the forest more then she loves you." It tells you. Will the woods help or impede you? Are those strange creatures that have been taken by a fire friends or foes. But you must hurry. You must hurry. Something is burning.

TEAM
Coding = Me.
I'm using this jam to really work out the bugs in my engine. Plus I need more practice. lol
Writing = ???
I wouldn't mind another writer to help me work out the plots holes and come up with ideas. I've only just got back into consistently writing after many years not and am still pretty rusty. A lot of it is done though so you would be writer/editor type person.
BG Artist = ???
Unity lets me do BG mapping so if you are able to make parts that can be pieced together that is an option. Since this is a Point&Click the backgrounds need to be a bit more complex then most VNs; as you will be interacting and exploring them. If you need more info just ask!
Sprite Artist = ???
I don't need much for poses for the characters, but I would like some smaller images of them to place in world to interact with. Also needs to able to draw animals as there are only two humans. I'm okay with having two artists, one for the animals and one for the humans, but would like to keep the two style as close and possible. Western style art encouraged.
Composer = N/A?
Will most likely just hit up macleod or public domain for music. But if you're interested.
I know the Jam doesn't start for a couple weeks, but I got a skype group for chatty people who want to get to know each other before we start. ^__^
Thanks ya'll!
