I want to make a note (the most important note ever) and say that this is a BIG project. Huge. Massive. SO, I'm looking for someone who's able to commit to the work, without running away or disappearing. That's incredibly vital.
It includes 15+ characters, 30 CGs, and who knows how many backgrounds. So, it's a huge workload.

-Sprite/CG artist
-Background artist
Requirements:
For art style, I'm really looking for someone who's comfortable drawing bishounen (because I love my bishounen). Also, there are characters with varying ethnicity, body shape, etc. To put it simply: I would like to see a style that is similar to B-PROJECT or Utano Prince-sama, since it is a game centered around idols and the entertainment industry. I have a whole document for character design and personalities ready and waiting to be used.
What I Need:
-One outfit
-One hairstyle
-One pose
-5 basic expressions (Neutral, Happy, Sad, Angry, Shocked)
-Blush toggle
-Copy of the .psd file
Payments:
All positions will be paid as long as there is room for negotiation. We hope to have $150 sent in installments. For example, if someone does 5 sprite sets, they will get $150, making the charge per set to be $30. On the other hand, if someone does ten sprite sets, they get $300 total through two $150 installments.
This is an estimate and not a hard number as well that there is a chance to be tipped.
