It's been years since I last posted here and well, attempted to make art assets. I'm still planning on making my own visual novel... someday. Once I get rid of this writer's block. But I want to try working with other people too. This is how my art was like when I first stumbled upon this site:

and my current art style had somewhat evolved into this.

Ah, the clothes coloring and background stuff isn't all that final. I'm still working on it. ... And yeah, I can only draw females at the moment. ><

EDIT: Well, since I have been somewhat assured, I'll be posting me recent artworks here. Hopefully there'll be some more improvement in my art~

Put short hair, flat chests, pants... and you have a male...

Yes, your art is awesome and well up to par with professionally published titles.

Sucks having writers-block... I can throw a few ideas at you, or we can see if there is some other issue related to your block. That is often the case. Our minds are never short on ideas, just low on self-expectation of greatness.

Don't reach for the stars, those are actually bug-zapper lights! Focus on what is familiar, interesting and fluent for you. You get further walking across familiar grounds than you can by stumbling across invisible hurdles in unexplored territory!

Absolutely! :)

I like cute characters, and I'd love to play your game with such lovely characters in it.

~I've been trying but they... kinda end up a with still a girly face... for some reason. It's odd since I used to draw males a lot years ago

Also... less cheek-blush, no upper-lip line, less lip-color, thinner eye-lines, thicker brows and neutral brow/eye under-shadow (top eye-lid).

Oh, facial hair, bigger/thicker hands and no emotion...

Bonus for actually giving them a human guy name, instead of an alien-exotic name that implies feminine-complexity, like "Cantarilini" or "Jeromsical". "Bob" and "Fred" are just as impactful. If they can't remember it, why write it! :P

Case in point...
Who went up the hill, to fetch a pail of water? (Hint, it rhymes with "crack and fill", as if you needed a clue...)
What was the kids name in the never-ending story... what was his mom's name? "Say my name...", {Unintelligible yelling over sound-effects of destruction} "Mraslafaramicalamara" (What? No-one actually knows what he said, but you may THINK you remember his name now! He names the princess with his dead mothers name. Wiki claims it is "Moon child", and his name is "Bastian"... though most remember it being "Sabastian". I am sure they got the answer from the book or the script, not the movie.)

If I had the money, I'd hire you... Working on that part now.

Those first two names are rather odd o.o. Most of the guy names I often use are Mikhail and Elliot. Sometimes, Kyrie too.
