Where to Find Dialogue Blip SFX/Voice Acting?

I'm trying to find a royalty-free resource or a SFX-maker that allows you to find or make Phoenix Wright-style "dialogue blip" voice acting/sound effects.

I've been using bfxr(dot)net, but it isn't allowing me to create what I'm looking for.

I'm specifically trying to find a dialogue blip that sounds similar to Toriel or Asriel from Undertale. Meaning, something that sounds less like an electronic beep and more human and young/female-sounding.

Can anyone point me to any resources?

Hey there !
I don't know if you're talking about that, but I hope its help ! This is Phoenix Wright's "voices".

(You can find it at the bottom of the page, but I don't know which is the good one where you can find the bleepy voices)

This isn't quite what I'm looking for. I'm looking for voice blips (royalty-free, etc) I would be able to use for a VN.

I feel like those might possibly be actual recorded voices that were modified somehow, rather than computer generated voices.

it sounds like a heavily gated source to me. I was actually able to somewhat recreate it on my end.

I probably could get closer to the original with some fine tuning or can even create some cool variations by tweaking the settings. Try gating a source , and adding distortion, and doing some EQ.
