[Novelty] Is it possible to add a "meter" object?

Hello!
I have no knowledge of codes, but I just started building a visual novel. I'm using Novelty because a friend told me about it and I liked its drag and drop...ness.
I'm noticing, though, that Novelty is very limited and I can't seem to find a way to implement some of my ideas. One of them is the meter. I'm going for a horror VN and I'd like to add a Sanity Meter. Does anybody here know if it's possible? Would I have to code? Where should I start from?
I have searched here and found information about meters in other engines, but nothing on how could I do it on Novelty.
Can you help me, please?

Hello. Yes, you can create a meter in Novelty. Here's a link to a thread in the Novelty forum with more information.

The second post of the thread has a link to download a sample nov file with a meter. 8oni made it.

If you need more help, the smartest person I know who is still working with scripts in Novelty is 8oni. He sometimes visits here (last time was in June). Your best bet to contact him is at deviantart. https://8oni.deviantart.com/

I did it, yay!
Property binding and variables are needed. It's pretty easy, but noobs like me may have trouble.
I found a step by step video by 8oni that can help:
