Android version bug - Music won't stop when device is in standby

Greetings,
as the title say, our issue is that, for the Android version we are releasing, the music from the game won't stop if the phone is putting on standby mode (of course, without shutting up the game first) - We tried this on a couple of devices and it seems a common problem.
I couldn't find anything on the documentation or past threads regarding this, do you have any clue if there's a quick fix or what could be wrong with our code?
