Continue music through a movie?

Hi,
Currently, when I have a BGM going and play a movie, the music temporarily does a full stop and begins again once the movie is finished. Is there any way to keep the music from being uninterrupted?
This is what I currently use to play the movie:
$ renpy.movie_cutscene("movie_example.webm")
